This is a very detailed book. It has a very in depth section explaining why a diet consisting of Raw Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts and Seeds is the diet our bodies were designed to eat.

This version of Fit for Life goes much more into the health issues than just about losing weight. It is extremely informative. Very well written.
This is another fantastic book. It goes into detail about Cancer and how to deal with it. You'll get a different view of what Cancer really is. This book is much more than about Cancer but he focuses on it and disease as well.

He is the one person who has helped me the most in doing the Raw Food Diet correctly. He has trained top professional and Olympic athletes in his Peak Performance Diet Techniques.
